Description: Hi Daniel, I added a first version of a website to the repository. I know that you use currently the wiki as website, since it is easy to modify and you should keep it. But for the users and Google would a homepage not bad. It link to all important pages (wiki, trac, forum, ...) and with http://cppcheck.sourceforge.net/ (or cppcheck.sf.net) the URL is much nicer. ;-) So this homepage would be a good start point for new user.
