This behavior conflicts with the feature of customizing `tag_format`\n\n### Steps to reproduce\n\n1. Use some custom prefixed tag_format in .cz.yaml, \r\n`tag_format: some-project-release-$version`\r\n\r\n2. Do initial version commit, bump and generate changelog: `cz bump --changelog`\r\n4.
