This breaks JSON output when the CLI attempts to write analysis results.\n\n**To Reproduce**\nSteps to reproduce the behavior:\n1.\tRun the CLI with `--format=json`\n2.\tLet the output path point to a real directory\n3.\tObserve the crash from `_write_output()` when writing `model_dump_json(separators=(\",\", \":\"))`\n\n**Expected behavior**\nThe CLI should serialize and write a compact JSON representation of the analysis artifacts without throwing an error.\n\n**Logs**\nTraceback:\n```\n  File \"__main__.py\", line 88, in main\n    _write_output(artifacts, output, format)\n  File \"__main__.py\", line 96, in _write_output\n    f.write(artifacts.model_dump_json(separators=(\",\", \":\")))\nTypeError: BaseModel.model_dump_json() got an unexpected keyword argument 'separators'\n```\n\n**Additional context**\nThis error was introduced in the following PR:\n\n```\nAdd output format flag with MessagePack compression support\n\nAddress issue #6 by implementing a --format flag that allows users to choose between compact JSON and ultra-compressed MessagePack output formats, achieving 80-90% size reduction for large analysis results.\n```\n\n**Fix**\nRemove the `separators` argument from the `model_dump_json()` call:\n\n```python\nf.write(artifacts.model_dump_json())\n```\n\nPydantic does not support `separators` in `model_dump_json()`.
