Description: Basically this adds a git:refresh-status command (cmd-option-r) that will refresh all the models from nodegit. So change something in the editor or stage something outside the editor, and hit cmd-option-r and the models / UI will update. it just calls FileList::loadFromGitUtils() which now can be called anytime we want to refresh things. This encompassed a number of things: Made all the models emit events when anything changes Created an EventTransactor to roll up several events into one. That way a hunk stage doesnt emit n events at the top of the model, where n is the number of lines in the hunk All models forward events that their children emit Made the DiffView deal with a FileList which forwards FileDiff changes Tried to make all the models consistent in their approaches to eventing
