When we remove the account from the project, we are then able to delete the account. However, the account was still granted network permissions. If we now try to remove those network permissions for that account, Apache CloudStack isn't able to and you need to go manually into the database to remove the corresponding entry in the network_permissions table.\r\n\r\n\r\n##### STEPS TO REPRODUCE\r\n\r\n~~~\r\nCreate an account called accountA\r\nGrant account accountA network permissions on a particular guest network\r\nDelete account accountA\r\nTry to remove accountA network permissions\r\n~~~\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n##### EXPECTED RESULTS\r\n\r\n~~~\r\nI would expect Apache CloudStack to fail stating that there are still networks that are shared with this particular account (similar to how an account cannot be removed when it's still linked to a project)\r\n~~~\r\n\r\n##### ACTUAL RESULTS\r\n~~~\r\nAccount is removed but the network permissions are still there leaving a cluttered UI with network permissions to an account that no longer exist but also cannot be removed (through the UI).\r\n~~~\r\n","author":{"url":"https://github.com/jmkleijer","@type":"Person","name":"jmkleijer"},"datePublished":"2024-12-13T11:00:28.000Z","interactionStatistic":{"@type":"InteractionCounter","interactionType":"https://schema.org/CommentAction","userInteractionCount":1},"url":"https://github.com/10103/cloudstack/issues/10103"}
