I.e.:\r\n\r\n1. `ng new the-project`, choose default options\r\n2. `cd the-project`\r\n3. `ng add @angular/fire` choose Performance Monitoring (I don't want any of them actually. I only want to deploy. But I had even worse luck if I chose nothing - so this is a semi-random choice.)\r\n   - At this point the doc says it should have created a `.firebaserc` file updated `angular.json`, but neither of these are true\r\n4. `ng deploy`\r\n   - Here it asks me what to use to deploy. I choose \"Firebase\" and it simply loops me through the setup steps again, never deploying. \r\n\r\n**Sample data and security rules**\r\n\r\n\u003c!-- include/attach/link to some json sample data (or provide credentials to a sanitized, test Firebase project) --\u003e\r\n\r\n### Debug output\r\n\r\n** Errors in the JavaScript console **\r\nNone\r\n\r\n** Output from `firebase.database().enableLogging(true);` **\r\nI'm not running the app, so I don't think this applies.\r\n\r\n** Screenshots **\r\nNone\r\n\r\n### Expected behavior\r\n\r\n\u003c!-- What is the expected behavior? --\u003e\r\nI can use schematics to set up firebase hosting.\r\n\r\n### Actual behavior\r\n\r\n\u003c!-- What is the actual behavior? --\u003e\r\nSchematics do not set up firebase hosting.
