I already performed the `@angular/cli` upgrade command which adjusts the `angular.json` etc.\r\n\r\n### Observed behavior\r\n```\r\n\u003c!-- Normally this includes a stack trace and some more information. --\u003e\r\n```\r\n\r\nI get the following output\r\n\r\n```\r\n❯ ng update @angular/core\r\n                  Package \"@angular/compiler-cli\" has an incompatible peer dependency to \"typescript\" (requires \"\u003e=2.7.2 \u003c2.8\", would install \"2.5.3\")\r\nIncompatible peer dependencies found.
