Hover over a title and the cursor changes to a hand (or other selection cursor). Nothing else changes\r\n\r\n## Expected behavior\r\n\u003c!-- Describe what the desired behavior would be. --\u003e\r\nIt might be nice to also show a response to hover by the title being hovered.
