Fails on downloading pip packages, was working yesterday, but the same workflow fails today.\r\n\r\nUpdate: Also appears that yesterday it successfully upgraded pip to 24.0 so it had the --root-user-action argument available, but today the upgrade isn't happening and stays on 22.0.4 properly so the --root-user-action argument is throwing an error.\r\n\r\n**Action version:**\r\nsetup-python@v4\r\n\r\n**Platform:**\r\n- [ ] Ubuntu\r\n- [ ] macOS\r\n- [x] Windows\r\n\r\n**Runner type:**\r\n- [x] Hosted\r\n- [ ] Self-hosted\r\n\r\n**Tools version:**\r\nPython 3.9.13\r\n\r\n**Repro steps:**  \r\nUse actions/setup-python@v4, with python version 3.9.13, and x64 architecture\r\n\r\n**Expected behavior:**\r\nSetup python successfully\r\n\r\n**Actual behavior:**\r\nFails on pip install with the following message\r\n`no such option: --root-user-action`","author":{"url":"https://github.com/HKongCC","@type":"Person","name":"HKongCC"},"datePublished":"2024-04-25T15:09:42.000Z","interactionStatistic":{"@type":"InteractionCounter","interactionType":"https://schema.org/CommentAction","userInteractionCount":23},"url":"https://github.com/853/setup-python/issues/853"}
