Description: разнес классы в файлы добавил проверки для name на пустое , и для speed на не инт сделал final minSpeed , maxSpeed и поля в классе car в метод выбора лидера передаю new Car(), вместо arrlist.get(i) PS понял про не создавать новые ПР, но сделать реопен не получается, нет кнопки ... на будущее учту
