Description: The majority of the diff here comes from the removal of Label::new method (which was just an alias to Label::from_u32. I think that creating a builder struct for LoadAttr and LoadSuperAttr was an over-engineering on my end, they can be replaced with X::new(foo, bar, baz) (this will be in a follow up PR) Summary by CodeRabbit Refactor Internal encoding and label construction were standardized across compilation and runtime components. No changes to observable behavior: features, bytecode semantics, and runtime outcomes remain the same.
