Expanded TLS capabilities: certificate parsing/inspection, Python-exposed Certificate API, chain building, hostname/IP verification, CRL and partial-chain modes, and OID lookup utilities. OpenSSL-compatible compatibility layer exposing familiar TLS configuration and verification flags. Chores Updated TLS feature flags, CI workflow, and condensed README TLS guidance. Added new spell-check terms and a minor tracing/log optimization.
