Whenever I start the shell, the following error occurs:\n\nPowerShell 7.4.13\nThe shell cannot be started. A failure occurred during initialisation:\nIndex was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than or equal to the size of the collection. (Parameter “startIndex”)\n\nThis problem does not occur in version 7.3. However, Windows 11 now always pushes 7.4 on me, which I unfortunately cannot use. \n\nI have already tried using -NoProfile and deleted the profile, but nothing has helped.\n\nUnfortunately, I have not been able to find anything helpful regarding this issue.
