Start `VSCode` or other process that locks files in user's `LOCALAPPDATA\\Temp` folder\r\n2. `Remove-Item -Path \"$env:LOCALAPPDATA\\Temp\\*\" -Recurse -Force -ErrorAction Ignore -Verbose`\r\n\r\n**This does not throw on PowerShell 7.4.2 or PowerShell 5.1**\r\n\r\n### Possible cause\r\n\r\n[I guess this might have something to do with new progress bar for Remove-Item?](https://github.com/PowerShell/PowerShell/pull/20778)\r\n\r\n### Workaround\r\n\r\nThe error is gone when I disable the progress bar with `$ProgressPreference =
