Description: This PR fixes the black screen issue in the Portable version of the app. The root cause was identified as missing relative path configuration in Vite, causing the app to search for assets at the root of the drive instead of relative to the executable. This was fixed by setting base: './' in vite.config.ts. Additionally, debugging tools (global error handler and a launcher script) were added to aid future troubleshooting.
