Window Dragging: Fixed the issue where the window could not be dragged by the title bar. Runtime Error: Fixed the crypto.getRandomValues() crash caused by uuid usage in the main process. Build Error: Fixed the Windows build failure (privilege error) by configuring electron-builder to skip signing. Analysis: Added a detailed design analysis as requested.
